Curriculum certification includes: General OSHA and Specific Precision Industrial Coatings Coverage Drug-Free Program--Level 2 Confined Space Entry Respiratory Protection Lockout/Tagout Fall Protection Scaffold Erection Hazard Communication Powered Industrial Trucks Ultra-High Pressure Waterblasting Corrosion Protection The degree to which a particular substrate needs to be protected is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to; the type of substrate, condition of the substrate, location, size, chemistry, and operating temperatures. Once the installation site has been evaluated, we along with our material suppliers can best determine the appropriate high performance coating or lining. Installations can include: Flakeglass filled epoxies, epoxy novolacs, polyesters, vinyl esters, vinyl ester novolacs, hybrids, and cementitous linings Fiberglass or synthetic reinforced composite trowel-applied linings Flexibilized reinforcement for moving joints and cracks Controls for temperature and atmospheric conditions as well as ventilation and dust emissions Concrete restoration and rehabilitation Steel vessel repair Less-Corrosive Environments Installations can include: Commercial and industrial painting Thin film floor coating installations Self-leveling and trowel-down epoxy floor systems High and low baked-on phenolic application Teflon filled coating application Structural reinforcement High temperature coating application Inspection Services We provide consulting and inspection services for the specification of coatings and linings. Services include: Evaluation and inspection of existing high performance coatings and linings Evaluation and inspection of existing substrates Inspection of work in progress Secondary inspection of work by contractors Corrosion surveys of facilities
